If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Our Services

- Customs clearing and documentation handling at Nigerian seaports (Apapa, Tin Can Island, and others)
- Vehicle delivery to customer locations across Nigeria
- Vehicle sourcing on demand based on customer specifications

3. Car Listings & Availability
Important Notice
All car listings on this website are for informational purposes only. Listing a vehicle does not constitute a guarantee of availability. Vehicles may be sold, reserved, or withdrawn without prior notice.
- Vehicle specifications, mileage, and condition descriptions are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of listing
- We recommend all prospective buyers conduct their own due diligence before committing to a purchase
- Photographs are representative and may not reflect the exact current condition of the vehicle
- Vehicle status (Available, Reserved, Sold) is updated regularly but may not always reflect real-time availability
4. Pricing Disclaimer
Prices Subject to Change
All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase agreement.
- Prices are subject to change due to foreign exchange fluctuations, changes in customs duty rates, shipping costs, and port charges
- The quoted price typically includes the vehicle cost, shipping, marine insurance, customs duties, and delivery within Lagos — but this is confirmed on a per-transaction basis
- Additional charges may apply for delivery outside Lagos, special handling, or documentation fees
- USD-denominated prices are indicative and will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction
5. Import & Clearing Process
The vehicle importation process involves multiple parties and is subject to factors beyond our direct control, including:
- Shipping timelines (typically 3–6 weeks depending on origin)
- Nigerian Customs and Port Authority regulations and procedures
- Government-imposed duty changes or import restrictions
- Port congestion or operational delays
- SONCAP certification requirements where applicable
We will provide regular updates throughout the process. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third parties, government agencies, or force majeure events.
6. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 70–80% of the total agreed price is required to initiate the import process
- The balance is due before final delivery of the vehicle
- All payments must be made via bank transfer, USDT, or other agreed methods — cash for local transactions
- Receipts will be issued for all payments
- Deposits are non-refundable once the vehicle purchase has been initiated abroad, except where we are demonstrably at fault
- In the event of a vehicle being unavailable after deposit, we will offer a suitable replacement or a full refund
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Shabaq Auto Sales shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services
- Delays caused by shipping companies, port authorities, Nigerian Customs, or other third parties
- Inaccuracies in vehicle listing descriptions provided in good faith
- Loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this website without verification
Our total liability in any matter related to a specific vehicle transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that transaction.
